These terms govern your use of Zombie Couple AI, provided by WANXUELIAN. By using the service you agree to them.

Who may use the service

You must be an adult. You may upload only photos of adults, and only photos that you have the right to use and have permission from every person shown to use. You confirm this each time you upload.

What the service does

Zombie Couple AI turns two photos into a short AI-generated film. The result is created by AI, so it can differ from what you expect, and it is made for entertainment. Faces and details may not match your photos exactly.

AI models used

We use FLUX.2 (image editing), provided through fal.ai, to generate character looks and preview images from your photos, and MiniMax H3, provided through YIR, to generate the short film. These are AI-generated images and videos, not recordings of real events.

Your content

You keep your rights in your photos. You give us permission to process them, and to store, generate and deliver the resulting media, only as needed to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the photos you upload.

What you may do with a film

You may download the finished film and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not present it as real footage, and do not use it to mislead, harass or defame anyone.

Not allowed

The following content must not be uploaded or generated:

  • Pornography / NSFW: nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content.

  • Violence / gore: violent or graphic content, blood, gore, mutilation, or depictions that promote or glorify violence.

  • Hate speech: content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against people based on protected characteristics.

  • Child safety / CSAM: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization, exploitation, abuse, or other content that endangers children. Uploads of minors are prohibited.

  • Deepfakes / impersonation: using a person's likeness without consent, deceptive face swaps or deepfakes, impersonating others, or presenting AI-generated media as real footage to mislead, harass, or defame.

  • Copyright / trademark infringement: uploading or generating content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

  • Uploading photos of minors, or of anyone who has not agreed.

  • Uploading photos of celebrities or public figures.

  • Uploading or creating nude, sexual or sexually suggestive content.

  • Using someone's likeness without their consent, or making misleading face swaps.

  • Presenting a film as real footage, or using it to deceive anyone.

  • Using the service for illegal, hateful, harassing or defamatory content.

  • Trying to bypass limits, such as the free-preview limit, or to disrupt the service.

  • Presenting a film as an official work of any film, TV or other brand. Zombie Couple AI is not affiliated with any such property.

Free previews, payment and refunds

You get a limited number of free previews per device per day. Full films are bought as films (1 or 3), with a one-time payment. There is no subscription, and your films never expire. Payments are processed by Waffo. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Safety checks

Generated results go through automatic safety checks. A result that does not pass is not delivered, and the credits spent on it are returned.

Reporting content

If you see a film that uses your likeness without consent, shows a minor, or breaks these terms in another way, report it. Signed in: create a Support request starting with [Report]. Otherwise: email us using the contact details below. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms.

Removal of content

We may remove or disable any work, and restrict access to the service, if we believe these terms are broken or the content is unlawful or harmful.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop parts of it.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the film concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it. The date at the top shows the latest version.
