How Zombie Couple AI handles your photos, films and personal data.

Last updated: 2026-11-05

This policy explains what WANXUELIAN ("we") collects when you use Zombie Couple AI, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

Photos you upload. The two photos you choose, and the memory scene you select.
Generated media. The free previews and films we create from your photos.
Email address. Only if you sign in, claim your drafts or buy a film.
Payment details. Payments are handled by Waffo. We do not receive or store your card number.
Technical data. A device identifier and a local token that let us apply the daily free-preview limit, plus basic request data such as IP address that we use for abuse prevention and rate limiting.

How we use it

We use your photos only to create your preview and film. They are not used to train AI models. We use your email to send sign-in links and to let you recover your drafts and films. We use technical data to prevent abuse and to apply the one-free-preview-per-device-per-day limit.

Who processes your data

To make your film we send your photos to AI generation providers that process them on our behalf. Waffo processes payments. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Videos (previews and films) are kept for 30 days after they are generated, then the files are deleted.
Photos uploaded without an account are kept for 30 days, then deleted.
Photos saved to your account stay until you delete them.
Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling.

We use self-hosted Plausible Analytics without cookies to collect aggregate visit statistics. Plausible does not store IP addresses, and we do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for sign-in, language and theme choice, and your guest draft. Where cookie settings are shown on the site, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies there.

Your choices

You can delete photos and works from your account at any time. To ask us to delete your data, to access it or to correct it, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and as the law requires.
