Refund Policy
Refunds for Zombie Couple AI credit packs: automatic credit returns, 14-day refunds for unused credits, and defective films.

This policy applies to purchases from WANXUELIAN.
What you buy
You buy a credit pack with a one-time payment. There is no subscription. Credits never expire. Each film in a pack has its own share of the credits you paid for, kept for that film until it is made. Current packs and prices are shown on the Pricing page.
Free previews
Free previews cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Failed generations and safety checks
If a generation fails, or its result does not pass our automatic safety check, the credits spent on it are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to ask, and the result is not delivered.
Unused credit packs
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. We refund your unused credits ÷ 500, in US dollars. Credits reserved for films you have not made count as unused. A film that is in progress is not refundable, but if it fails its credits return to you automatically.
Defective films
If a finished film is clearly defective, for example a wrong or broken face, a corrupted video, or a result that is very different from your preview, ask for a refund within 14 days of delivery. We review each request and, if it is approved, refund the film in cash.
What is not refundable
A film that was delivered as expected is not refundable just because you do not like it. This is why we offer a free preview before you pay: please check it first.
How to ask for a refund
Signed in: open Support from your account and create a request starting with [Refund], with your order or film. Not signed in: email us using the contact details below. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Waffo, our payment processor.
